Koa’s gives hosts a more private, nature-forward way to gather in Mountain View. The pavilion and grounds are intentionally a blank canvas: planners, florists, rental partners and creative teams can transform the same setting into very different ceremonies and receptions. Koa’s rental catalog is available when it helps, but it is optional—many hosts bring in some or all of their décor, florals, furnishings and table settings through their own professionals. The property can support intimate celebrations and larger events up to the approved venue maximum, while package inventory and rentals scale separately.
